Als Besitzer der Firma Paultrans kann ich entweder die Namen der Rezensenten zuordnen oder die Situation analysieren. Es scheint, dass hier möglicherweise unsere Konkurrenz aktiv ist. Anders kann ich mir nicht erklären, warum jemand Fremdes negative und unbegründete Kommentare über unser Unternehmen schreibt. Andererseits deutet dies darauf hin, dass wir als Unternehmen die richtigen Ziele gesetzt haben und somit andere möglicherweise in ihrer Position gefährden.

Erstens, im Fall einer Firma, die in unserem Namen tätig war: In unserem Vertrag steht klar und deutlich, dass wir keine Dritten für Umzüge beauftragen. Bezüglich einer anderen Bewertung: Bei uns erhält man im Vorfeld einen genauen Kostenvorschlag. Wie kann man also am Ende über den Preis überrascht sein, wenn man vor der Buchung schriftlich über den gesamten Ablauf informiert wird?

Was mich zudem wundert, ist, dass die beiden Bewertungen erst nach der Ablehnung von Kaufanfragen für Umzüge über dieses Portal veröffentlicht wurden. Das sind wirklich fragwürdige Standards!

Horrible, the disposal of bulky waste was not organized. The bulky waste then had to be disposed of by a company for a fee (€350 and 2 hours lost) In a phone call to the company, an employee immediately slipped into the victim role. What an impertinence of me to complain that the "boys are tearing themselves open". The disposal now cost me another 400€ on the part of the company. After loading the goods to be moved, an employee received a call from the company with instructions not to unload anything until the money had been delivered in full in cash. The truck was too small (driver's license??), it had to be driven several times.

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend a business relationship with this client (client is a freight forwarder). Client does not adhere to the payment agreement (according to the contract 14 days). Our reminder was also ignored, which is why we had to assign the claim to a collection agency. We can therefore only advise against a business relationship Addendum: We have just received a call from the debtor company Paultrans, in which we were informed, among other things, that it was our own fault that payment had not yet been made. At the same time, we were told that we would like to be paid the amount due in 3 "instalments", provided that we had to withdraw our negative recessions. We refused and pointed out that the claim had already been assigned to the collection agency. The debtor then replied that the bill would then not be paid. The photo shows that the company gave us a good rating for our job...now they are trying to falsify the process here by deceiving false facts. We maintain that we can only advise entrepreneurs and customers against doing business with this company.
